Craftin'

I am still on the look out for frames to finish up this project but here's a peek at the first completed one. It has cork board for the back so I can swap out her drawings/crafts etc. and keep them on a rotating display. These are going in her toy corner of the family room. While I was busy up top whipping up this Peeps banner this was happening below...

Ocean World

One of the adventures we went on during our latest West Coast vacation was visiting Ocean World in Crecent City, CA...before the tsunami hit.

Addison surfed for the first time.

Oh Crap! That's a big one!

We petted starfish.

Visited with Sam, Sienna, & Azura who were visiting their Grandma in Crecent City.

We got to pet two sharks which felt creepily rough like snakes.

Took family photos. Now I know where Addison gets her wide mouth smile from.

My Dad made yet another friend. If you know him this picture makes complete sense. If you don't, well that's a whole days worth of explaining.

A Nice Evening

We are loving the first day of Daylight Savings and with the weather being warmer (40F, I think the WI winters have warped my heat scale!) we headed out for the first walk of the year. Addison got to try out her new wagon she got from my parents for Christmas. When Ryan pulled her down the hill we kept heard little soft, "Wheee(s)," escaping from her mouth. She thoroughly enjoyed herself and so did we. It was a nice escape from our cabin fever.
